The GC and Atelier80 Arquitectos teams are responsible for the design and construction management of new offices for an energy-sector company in the EIC building, located in the Abanto-Zierbena Technology Park.
The 2,800 m² intervention is defined by open-plan spaces where natural light takes centre stage, with areas subtly divided by partitions and dry construction systems.
Raised access floors and technical ceilings will allow the spaces to be easily adapted as new layout requirements arise.
